DISCOVER NEW SKILLS IN THE SMART BUILDING SECTOR
RES2 project will identify new skills in the smart building sector, that haven’t yet been developed in the national and regional repertoires: for a concrete promotion of the new skills needed by the market.
AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH, STEMMING FROM MARKET DEMANDS
We adopt an innovative approach, to gain concrete results in the short term:
- Micro Competences: we start from the identification of strategic micro-competences, we analyse them and place them in the work process, also defining the appropriate EQF level
- Flexible Approach: where the market demands continuously change, the key to success is flexibility
- Shared development: Via workshops and living labs, we’ll involve all key stakeholders in the sector and will analyse the main best practices at EU level
- Connection to the national contracts: Thanks to our partner CNCE, we’ll promote the inclusion of the new professional profiles in the national contracts: in order to reach also a formal and economic recognition of the new professional figures.

Thanks to our network with the Horizon 2020 ARISE project, RES2 will put at disposal an e-learning platform where all interested workers/professionals/companies can develop some of the strategic micro-competences identified by the project.
